2023 was an unusual year – the first half was filled with our usual sporting & social activities & the last half with medical difficulties.

There I was, I thought I was going to die! I was only a dozen feet up the rock climbing wall and I started having strong chest pains!

I have been writing my own life stories for some time, and now I want to write one about my wonderful husband Stan, my hero.

On my 61st birthday, daughter Tiffany & her husband Jason took us rock climbing for my first time for two days – in a gym and on real rock.
